Guided parliamentary tours to be included as one of the agendas of the 2nd Meeting of IPPP

PARLEMENTARIA, Jakarta – Ahead of the 2nd Indonesia-Pacific Parliamentary Partnership (IPPP), which will be held in Indonesia from 24 to 26 July 2024, the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives held a rehearsal for the reception to welcome the arrival of seven parliaments from the Pacific countries that have confirmed their attendance. The rehearsal took place at the Parliament Building in Senayan, Jakarta to finalize the preparations.
Deputy for Administration, Sumariyandono said that the agenda for the 2nd IPPP includes a visit to the Parliament Building and guided tours to the Nusantara Building, with a special focus on the Plenary Session Room.
“Later we will take them to the Parliament Complex and give a tour of the area, especially the Plenary Session Room. After that, we will share some information about the history of the Parliament Building as well as its functions,” said Sumariyandono to Parlementaria during the rehearsal at the Nusantara Building, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (23/7/2024).
